Our story begins almost two decades ago with the conception of ARC Training (# 91007), our registered training organisation which has been a leading force for training disability care workers throughout Australia. ARC Training has helped improve the quality of care in Australia by delivering nationally accredited training to thousands of people nationwide. Naturally, through training thousands of disability support workers, we decided there was a demographic we could assist even further than just training, and that was individuals with a disability. That’s when, in 2015, we created a disability home care service for everyday Australians seeking the empowerment of their independence – Cality Care.
Now Cality Care provides services direct to you in your home, where your support needs are our priority. As an accredited NDIS provider, we’re committed to ensuring our staff are highly-trained with industry best practice skills and receive up-to-date professional development. Cality Care offers services in the Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast areas, with future plans to expand throughout Australia.
